Aquafitness is a group training in the water that:

  • moves all the muscles
  • develops the balance and coordination
  • spares the joints
  • swimming skills are not needed
  • expectant mothers are also welcome until the 7th month, based on medical suggestion
  • effective for rehabilitation or injuries
  • no music, so no need to worry about finding the measure
