The workouts of the shaping classes can be implemented easily – the main goal is strengthening the muscles.

The class begins with warm-up, continuing with working on the main muscle groups of the whole body and finishing with stretching. We use different kind of equipment like step pad, rubber band, dumbbells, fitball, flexi bar, dynair pillow etc based on the different workouts of different trainers.
